Dashboard problems
What to check when a server, a channel or a role is missing from the dashboard, or a change does not stick.
My server is not in the list
Section titled “My server is not in the list”- Check that you are logged in to koya.gg with the right Discord account. If not, log out and log in again with the right one.
- You need the Manage Server or Administrator permission on the server to manage it.
- Servers where Koya is not added yet are listed under Other Servers, with an Add Koya button.
- If you just added Koya or got the permission, click Refresh to reload your servers.
A role is missing from a role picker
Section titled “A role is missing from a role picker”Pickers that give roles (auto roles, temporary roles…) hide the roles Koya cannot manage, and the Levels page warns about them. Discord does not let a bot give a role at or above its own highest role, nor the roles managed by an integration or another bot. Move Koya’s role above the roles it should give.
A channel is missing from a channel picker
Section titled “A channel is missing from a channel picker”Each picker only lists the channel types the feature can use. For example, the Announcements channel must be a text channel.
My changes are not saved
Section titled “My changes are not saved”When you change a setting, a bar appears: You have unsaved changes! Save or reset them. Click Save Changes before leaving the page.
Still stuck
Section titled “Still stuck”Ask on the support server with the page of the dashboard and what you tried.
