Birthdays
Announce members' birthdays and give them a role for the day.
Members register their birthday, and Koya wishes it in a channel of your choice on the day, at the hour you pick.
Open it from the dashboard: Server Engagement › Birthdays.
Announcements
Section titled “Announcements”- Announcement Channel: where birthday messages are sent.
- Announcement Time: the hour of the announcement, in the server timezone set in Settings.
- Custom Message: the birthday message. It accepts
{user}. - Custom Message (with age): the message used when the member gave their birth year. It accepts
{user}and{age}. - Auto-cleanup old announcements: every day, before sending the new announcements, Koya deletes the previous days’ ones from the channel. The setup message stays at the top.
Birthday role
Section titled “Birthday role”Birthday Role is given to the member on their birthday and removed the next day.
Birth year
Section titled “Birth year”- Allow Year: members may add their birth year when they register.
- Require Year: the year is mandatory, and the age is shown in the announcement.
Setup message
Section titled “Setup message”The Setup Message is a message with buttons that Koya posts in a Channel of your choice, so members can manage their birthday in one click. The buttons can:

| Remove Birthday | Deletes the member’s birthday on this server |
| Show My Birthday | Shows the member their saved birthday, only to them |
| Upcoming Birthdays | Lists the next birthdays of the server, only to the member |
Publish posts it, Save updates it, Remove deletes it from Discord and resets the setup.
Commands
Section titled “Commands”Members can also use /birthday:
/birthday set: register a date,YYYY-MM-DDorMM-DD./birthday remove: delete their birthday./birthday show: show their birthday, or another member’s./birthday upcoming: list the next birthdays of the server.
