Using the dashboard

Log in, pick a server and save your settings.

The dashboard is where you set up Koya for your server: announcements, levels, roles, moderation, feeds and more.

Log in and pick a server

  1. Open koya.gg/dashboard and log in with Discord.
  2. Pick your server under Select a server and click Open.

Servers where Koya is not there yet are listed under Other Servers, with an Add Koya button that invites it.

Save your changes

Section titled “Save your changes”

As soon as you change a setting, a bar appears at the bottom of the page: You have unsaved changes! Save or reset them.

  • Save Changes applies them to your server.
  • Reset brings back the saved settings.

Editors that build a message, like the Message Builder, have their own buttons at the top, such as Save and Publish.

See who changed what

Section titled “See who changed what”

Utilities › Audit Logs keeps the history of every change made to your server settings. Filter it by Module, Action, Author or Period.
