Server Logs Channel receives server events: messages edited or deleted, members joining or leaving, channels, roles, invites, voice activity and more. Events are grouped by category (Message Events, Member Events, Role Events, Voice Events…), and you turn each one on or off. Enable/Disable All toggles a whole category.

Turn on Select channel for each event to send each event to its own channel instead of a single one.

To keep the logs readable:

  • Ignored Channels: nothing related to these channels, or to the channels of an ignored category, is logged.
  • Ignored Roles: nothing sent by a member with one of these roles is logged.
  • Display IDs adds the IDs of users, channels and roles to log messages.
  • Display old member roles lists a member’s roles when they leave the server.

Moderation Logs Channel receives moderation actions: ban, kick, mute, timeout, softban, note, and their reversals.

Moderation Actions chooses which actions open a case and get posted. Disabled actions are not recorded at all, and no case is recorded while no channel is set.

Add Channel Mapping sends the events of some Source Channels to a dedicated Log Channel, for the Event Types you pick. Events from a mapped channel only go to its dedicated log channel.
